So many people live within unhappy circumstances and yet will not take the initiative to change their situation because they are conditioned to a life of security, conformity, and conservatism, all of which may appear to give one peace of mind, but in reality nothing is more dangerous to the adventurous spirit within a man than a secure future. The very basic core of a man’s living spirit is his passion for adventure. The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun.

I guess with age…

You will soon start to realize changes as you grow older. You realized not much have changed on how you live your life except that you make better and more careful decisions on the things you do. Your group of friends becomes smaller, and more selective, your networking connections becomes smaller, you find yourself looking forward to social functions, less attracted to girls who throw themselves at you, you can’t stay up past midnight, start eating healthier, stuck in following a daily routine, trying to keep busy is a challenge, stop counting your birthday, or rather sleep in your own bed than passing out at your friend’s house after a night of festivities. Despite the understanding of human nature, emotional resilience, ability to learn from experience, openness, superior judgement and problem-solving skills… I suppose having this ‘oh shit’ moment will give me a better sense of direction.

And I guess with age, comes the search for experience.

And I guess with age, comes the search for truth.

If we admit that human life can be ruled by reason, then all possibility of life is destroyed. 

rather than love, than money, than faith, than fame, than fairness… give me truth. 

GRAVITY

Gravity holds the water in our oceans and hugs the atmosphere close to the planet. It’s the reason why the rain falls and the river flow; it powers the ocean currents and drives the world’s weather; it’s why volcanoes erupt and earthquakes tear the land apart. Yet gravity also plays a role on an even grander stage. Across the Universe, from the smallest speck of dust to the most massive star, gravity is the great sculptor that created order out of chaos.

First you have to understand, and then willing to adapt to change.

However, that’s always the hard part.

What is God?

Knowledge itself is sacred because of the wonders of its expansion.
Could knowledge in the form of human is God itself and due to our ability to think, discover, invent, and create life?

The unknown is explained by God or Religion but the more science knows, the more we separate from God. We continue to answer our own questions as our mind excels. We live in the land of the lost. The universe continues to give birth in every form, including from us.

We’re the gods.
